How many hats do women wear

As women, we wear many hats throughout the day. We juggle work, family, and social commitments. Often, we feel like we’re not doing enough or that we’re not living up to our own expectations. But what are some of the hats women wear? Let’s take a closer look.

These are some of the roles that society expects us to play – working mothers, caretakers of our households, breadwinners. Then there are the hats that we choose for ourselves – CEO’s of our companies, and entrepreneurs. We wear so many hats throughout the day and it can be tough to keep them all straight. But let’s remember that we are capable of juggling it all and more importantly, we deserve to be our own super star.

With the many hats women wear, how can they access coaching services that will help them expand and grow

Are you looking for a way to access support that will help you grow and expand as a woman? If so, then coaching may be the right solution for you. Coaching is a partnership between yourself and your coach, where you can work together to identify and achieve your goals. In this blog, we’ll explore how different types of coaching can help women access the resources they need to reach their full potential. So if you’re curious about what types of coaching you can access, read on!

“Women have to harness their power—it’s absolutely true. It’s just learning not to take the first ‘no’. And if you can’t go straight ahead, you go around the corner.” – Cher

How can a compassion coach help you obtain the motivation to change your “hat” story

As women, we often put our own needs and feelings last.  “Today, I would like to take this opportunity to remind women that they can motivate themselves with compassion, instead of criticism.  As women, we have been socialized to believe that we can’t say no to others’ needs and that our worth is derived from what we do for others.   None of these ideas are true.  The more we give to ourselves, the more we are able to give to others from our overflow, not from our reserves.  So today, in particular, say ‘yes’ to loving and being compassionate to yourself”

Let’s be compassionate towards ourselves and others this week. You can do it! To learn more about compassion coaching connect with Gissele Taraba from Maitri Centre for Love and Compassion. Link: https://www.instagram.com/maitricentre1/

How a vision board coach can help you change your “hat” story

As women, we have the power to change our story. We can choose to see ourselves as strong and capable, regardless of the circumstances we find ourselves in. When life throws us a curveball, we have the ability to pick ourselves up and keep moving forward. We are determined, resilient and unstoppable. So let’s all embrace this power within us and use it to create a better future – for ourselves and for generations to come. Thank you for being part of this movement!

When we take the time to nurture ourselves, we can show up in the world as our best selves.

As a woman, I know how easy it is to get caught up in the day-to-day and forget to focus on putting myself first. I want to celebrate all women on International Women’s Day.   I want women to feel empowered, important and experience  self love. First we have to take care of our health.  I want you to feel amazing in your body and mind, whether it is beginning with an elimination diet or diving in to make some lifestyle changes, that will last your lifetime. I can also help you conquer oxidative stress. Oxidative stress can lead to cell and tissue damage which can be a precursor to disease.  So all you beautiful women out there, let’s make our bodies our first priority on this journey of life. link : https://www.instagram.com/sabina_coaching/
