Setting up Stripe |

Product Management |
It is your responsibility to add and regularly maintain your products, you can do this from your store’s Product Settings. For assistance visit our Learning Centre for support.

Shipping Preferences |
You must set your shipping preferences. This allows you to customise your shipping preferences including locations, delivery/shipping options and fees, pick-up options, and more.
Ensure you have added a general timeline for fulfilment, shipping and refund policy. This will help your customers understand what they are committing to and reduce any confusion. You can do this by going to your store’s Shipping Settings in your profile and clicking on ‘Shipping Policies’ on the top right-hand side where you will find a “‘Processing Time” drop-down menu. So that customers are aware of how long their order will take to be ready.
