  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Address any concerns or issues raised by customers regarding your products or services.
  3. Encourage customers to leave reviews and feedback about their shopping experience.

Step 7: Optimize Your Store

  1. Monitor the performance of your store and products through the vendor dashboard’s analytics.
  2. Use the data to identify trends, popular products, and areas for improvement.
  3. Continuously optimize your store by updating product listings, images, and descriptions.

Step 8: Utilize Local Street Resources

  1. Local Street offers various resources, tutorials, and guides to help vendors succeed on the platform.
  2. Explore the “Seller’s Learning Centre” for valuable tips and best practices.

Step 9: Comply with Local Street Policies

  1. Familiarize yourself with Local Street’s policies, including seller guidelines, intellectual property rights, and product quality standards.
  2. Ensure your store and products comply with these policies to maintain a positive reputation.
