Seeing Through the Grey

There's a story behind everything we see and touch, whether we know it or not. This composite highlights part of the structure of a car at the end of its life, now abandoned in a wrecker's yard.  I used elements of about five different images, and I did some digital painting to add to the textures. I've used the dark tones to give it a kind of sombre mood but also to help highlight the enticing blue paint and extensive orange rust, much of it under a veil of grey.
