This fruitcake is from an old family recipe and is delicious! It uses rum-soaked dried fruit and nuts and spices. It is then cured in rum for 3-4 weeks before being topped in a layer of marzipan and fondant. The cake is 6 inches round.- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
