Moroccan Argan oil is a plant oil produced from the kernels of the Argan tree, which is endemic to the country of Morocco.

For centuries, this amazing oil, also called "Liquid Gold" has been protecting and repairing skin, hair, and nails from the harsh conditions in which indigenous women of Morocco lived. Its secret properties have been discovered not too long in the beauty industry, where it is well known for its exceptional cosmetic benefits on the skin and the hair.

The authentic pure Moroccan Argan oil is particularly renowned for its antioxidant and repairing qualities. It's composed of an average of 80% of essential fatty acids, which makes it highly beneficial for the skin and the hair.

At MOOI, we only use pure, authentic, organic high-quality Moroccan Argan oil, first cold-pressed, and extracted from the kernels of the Argan trees which are grown in the south of Morocco close to the Essaouira region.

A scientific study shows that the consumption and/or application of dietary and cosmetic Argan oil, respectively, showed an ameliorative effect on skin elasticity of postmenopausal women after a 60-day period.

The consumption and application of alimentary and cosmetic Argan oil, respectively, showed also an ameliorative effect on skin hydration of postmenopausal women after a 60 days period.

Directions for use 

• Apply as a hair oil mask to treat dry, dull, and damaged hair.
• Apply on your face like a clean natural antioxidant and moisturizing night oil to hydrate your skin during the night. Cleanse your face in the morning and avoid sun exposure while using it.
• Apply as a body oil after the shower or massage oil.
• Apply on nails to soften and moisturize cuticles.
• Apply as a daily body or massage oil during pregnancy to reduce stretch marks. 
• May be mixed with 1 or 2 drops of natural essential oil of your choice to give it a pleasant natural fragrance, to be used as a body oil. (Avoid using essential oils on your face)
• Recommended for all skin types including oily skin
