Our candles are each hand poured in small batches by a Mother/Daughter Duo.
Fresh scent of Ginseng
We only use 100% natural soy wax that contains no additives, dyes and premium fragrances. These candles may have variations in appearance and texture, such as frosting, small cracks/bumps. This is due to the nature of how soy wax forms when hardening. Each candle will be unique. These are not defects and they will not alter the way your candle burns.
We scent our candles with high quality fragrance oil that are Paraben and Phthalate free. We add just enough fragrant oil to create a perfect scent throw. These candles are not overpowering like the commercial candles. We also use a quality wooden wick. These wicks crackle when lit.
These wicks can sometimes be tricky to light. If you have issues lighting the wooden wicks, Please hold the lighter over the wick for 20-30 seconds.
Always trim the wick to 1/4” before every burn to ensure a longer lasting candle. For best results, we recommend burning for no longer than 3 hours at a time. While candle is burning, Please do not touch it to prevent burns/spills. Always place your candle on a heat safe surface away from anything that is flammable.
Keep away from Children and Pets. Please do not leave your candle unattended.
These jars are reusable. Pull off the wick and clean with hot, soapy water to remove labels.

We ship orders out via Canada Post, Purolator & UPS.
Orders are processed within 3 business days, but some can take up to 7 business days (depending on our volume of orders). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Holidays.
Pick up in Mississauga is available at no additional freight charges.
Shipping charges are actual charges from the shipping companies. We do not add profits to shipping charges. The charges are based on weight/box sizes.
Shipments are issued a tracking number and may require a signature upon delivery.
When Free Shipping is offered, it is shipped as a standard shipment. If you need an order rush, Please let us know and we may upcharge the shipping service.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Natures Treasures does not accept any responsibility for losses, damages, or delays that may occur once the products are shipped. If insurance or additional insurance is required, it must be requested.
You, the customer are responsible to make sure the shipping address is correct We are not responsible for customer errors. If there is an error and additional shipping costs are incurred, they are the customers responsibility.
Any shipment returned to Natures Treasures as Unclaimed, Refused, Invalid address or marked Return will be subject to the extra shipping charges. These will be charged back to the customers account.

We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Upon receipt of your package, open it immediately. If there are any damages or missing products, Please report them to us within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
We will accept returns within 3 business days of your receipt of shipment (Shipping charges not included). All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All returned products must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Cancellations: All order cancellations will be charged a fee of 10% as a restocking fee per order regardless of the order status.
